Hirescore is a web-based platform that uses large language models to tailor CVs (resumes) to specific job descriptions. Users upload or build a master CV, paste a job description, and receive an optimised version that aligns their experience with the role's requirements — in under 60 seconds.

The platform also generates tailored cover letters, LinkedIn outreach messages, and cold emails matched to each job.

## How It Works

1. **Upload or create a CV** — Paste an existing CV, upload a PDF, or build from scratch using the drag-and-drop builder with professional templates.

2. **Paste a job description** — Copy and paste from LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or any job board. Hirescore's AI extracts:
   - Core responsibilities and deliverables
   - Required skills (hard and soft)
   - Nice-to-have qualifications
